About the Position:
Our client, an Am Law 200 firm, is seeking a corporate attorney to join its Chicago office as an associate. The firm represents a diverse clientele that includes multinational corporations and private equity investors in a wide array of sophisticated domestic and international M&A transactions.

Responsibilities:
· Advise clients across a broad range of industries on corporate and transactional matters, including M&A and venture capital deals
· Draft and negotiate transaction documents, and oversee deal execution
· Partner directly with senior attorneys and clients on sophisticated transactions

Required Qualifications:
· 2-4 years of substantive corporate and transactional experience
· Background in corporate and M&A and/or venture capital matters
· Strong drafting and negotiation skills

Chicago, IL (Hybrid)

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $225,000 – $300,000.
