Responsibilities:
· Represent private equity firms and their portfolio companies
· Assist clients in a variety of complex transactions including, leveraged buyouts, mergers and acquisitions, equity investments, and general corporate matters

Qualifications:
· 4-7 years of private equity experience from a large law firm or SEC experience
· Top academic credentials
· Excellent analytical and writing skills

Location:
Chicago, IL (Hybrid)

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $310,000 – $420,000.
