About the Position:
We are working with a prestigious global law firm that has an immediate need for an attorney with 5+ years of corporate transactional and/or private funds experience to join its Chicago office. Responsibilities:
· Represent family offices
· Advise clients on structuring management entities, forming third-party capital investment vehicles, and designing and implementing incentive compensation and co-investment plans
Required Qualifications:
· 5+ years of strong corporate transactions and/or private funds experience
· Experience with family office clients is a plus
· Must have excellent academic credentials
