Responsibilities:
· Represent public and private companies, creditors, investors, asset purchasers and other stakeholders in complex business reorganizations and distressed transactions, including Chapter 11 reorganizations, out-of-court workouts, M&A transactions and other related financing and restructuring matters

Required Qualifications:
· 2-6 years of restructuring experience, including company Chapter 11, liability management, and Section 363
· Experience working at a large firm
· Excellent academic credentials

Compensation:
The anticipated salary range for this position is $235,000 – $390,000.
