This global practice group serves clients across industries, from start-ups to Fortune 100 companies, and the target candidates for this role will have 2 or more years of corporate experience, specifically with securities law advice and capital markets transactions. Required Qualifications:
· 2 or more years of corporate experience in securities and capital markets transactions, specifically public security offerings, SEC compliance and corporate governance requirements, and debt and equity markets transactions.
