About the Position:
Our client, a large global law firm, has an active need for a cybersecurity/data privacy attorney to join its Chicago office as a junior-level associate. This practice, nationally ranked by both Chambers and Legal 500, has attorneys located across the globe working closely with clients and implementing solutions based on their extensive expertise in global privacy, cybersecurity, and data protection laws.

Responsibilities:
· Assist clients with data breach response, privacy and data breach litigation, global compliance, and complex corporate transactions related to data privacy/cybersecurity

Required Qualifications:
· 1-3 years of cybersecurity/data privacy law experience
· Large law firm experience (Am Law preferred)
· Experience with U.S. state and federal privacy laws preferred

Location:
Chicago, IL (Hybrid flexibility)

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $225,000 – $260,000.
