About the Position:
Our client, a highly-regarded national law firm, is seeking a data privacy lawyer (CIPP and/or CIPM preferred) to join as an associate in its Chicago office. Responsibilities:
· Counsel clients on compliance with existing and emerging data privacy laws and regulations, including the GDPR and CCPA
· Draft online privacy policies, data processing agreements, transfer impact assessments, and DPIAs

Required Qualifications:
· 3+ years of data privacy experience at a law firm or as in-house counsel
· Experience working with ad tech compliance issues preferred
· CIPPUS or CIPM strongly preferred

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary for this position is $210,000 – $250,000.
