About the Position:
Our client, a top international law firm, is actively seeking a litigator with data privacy experience to join its Chicago office as an associate. Responsibilities:
· Assist clients nationwide and across industries with navigating complex data privacy and security issues in high-profile and cutting-edge litigation, arbitrations, and regulatory investigations

Required Qualifications:
· 2-4 years of experience with privacy, cybersecurity, and consumer protection litigation in state and federal court, including class actions
· Experience defending claims under statutes such as CCPA/CPRA, TCPA, CIPA/ECPA, CMIA, CEMA, COPPA, BIPA, and/or FCRA
· Exposure to regulatory investigations or enforcement is a plus
· Experience with or interest in security incident response
· Strong interest in data security/cyber/privacy law

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $235,000 – $310,000.
