About the Position:
We are working with an international Am Law 100 firm seeking a litigation attorney to join its emerging data privacy trends practice, part of the litigation department, in Chicago. This award-winning practice has handled over 150 privacy-based class actions and works closely with clients to anticipate the next waves of privacy litigation to proactively address them.

Responsibilities:
· Assist with all phases of litigation related to data privacy class actions and appellate cases
· Anticipate privacy-related data privacy litigation trends, and to develop creative and aggressive strategies to address these trends

Required Qualifications:
· 3-4 years of law firm litigation experience with major data privacy class actions and appellate cases in federal and state courts
· Experience handling cases involving privacy statutes, ransomware, data breaches, wiretapping, pixel tracking, and right of publicity preferred
· Excellent academic credentials

Location:

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary for this position is $190,000 – $250,000.
