Our client, an innovative Am Law 100 firm, has an active need for a data privacy lawyer (CIPP and/or CIPM preferred) with 10+ years of experience to join as a senior counsel in its Chicago office. Responsibilities:
· Counsel clients on compliance with existing and emerging data privacy laws and regulations, including the GDPR and CCPA
· Draft online privacy policies, data processing agreements, transfer impact assessments, and DPIAs
Required Qualifications:
· 10+ years of data privacy experience at a law firm or as in-house counsel
· Experience working with ad tech compliance issues preferred
· CIPPUS or CIPM strongly preferred

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary for this position is $200,000 – $300,000.
