About the Position:
We are working with a top global law firm that has an active need for a finance lawyer to join its Chambers-ranked practice as a junior-level associate in Chicago. With an international platform and deep experience, this practice handles a broad spectrum of financial services across many industries including energy, health care, food/agribusiness, retail, media, technology, transportation, and gaming.

Responsibilities:
· Structure and document debt financing transactions, including corporate debt (secured and unsecured), project and facility finance transactions, and specialized real estate finance transactions
· Represent and advise institutional investors
· Negotiate lenders’ interests in project-related agreements

Required Qualifications:
· 2-3 years of experience with corporate finance transactions and private placement securities offerings
· Large law firm experience
· Top academic credentials

Location:
Chicago, IL (Hybrid)

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $225,000 – $260,000.
