Our client, a prestigious global law firm, is seeking a debt finance attorney to join its highly-regarded and established Chicago headquarters as an associate. This practice group, which is recognized by Chambers, is a market leader in U.S. borrower-side transactions. Target candidates will have at least 3 years of debt finance experience including restructurings, fund finance, and providing support on M&A deals.
