About the Position:
Our client, a highly-regarded international law firm, is seeking a debt finance associate for its Chicago office. This market-leading practice group has a global reach and handles a variety of finance transactions, including leveraged, structured, and fund finance matters. Target candidates will have four or more years of debt finance experience, including representing lenders, private equity sponsors, and corporate borrowers. Required Qualifications:
· Four or more years of large law firm debt finance experience
· Experience representing lenders, private equity sponsors, and corporate borrowers
· Strong academic credentials
