About the Position:
Our client, a preeminent global law firm, is actively seeking a debt finance attorney to join its Chicago office as an associate. This practice advises banks, credit funds and BDCs on their lending activities with early and mid-stage venture capital-backed companies. Target candidates will have 5 or more years of debt finance experience (preferably from an Am Law 100 firm).

Required Qualifications:
· 5 or more years of debt finance experience
· Experience handling upmarket bilateral, syndicated and sponsor backed deals for banks and private credit funds
· Strong academic credentials
