About the Position:
Our client, a global Am Law 100 Firm, is seeking a corporate attorney with a focus on emerging growth and startup clients to join its Chicago office as an associate. This nationally recognized practice specializes in representing entrepreneurs in developing technology-enabled innovations.

Responsibilities:
· Represent entrepreneurs, high-growth companies, and investors in a variety of matters, including company formations and venture capital financings
· Draft customary investment agreements
· Manage due diligence across a range of life science and technology/software companies

Required Qualifications:
· 3-5 years of emerging company representation experience, including venture capital transactions
· Strong academic credentials

Location:
Chicago, IL (Hybrid)

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $225,000 – $420,000.
