About the Position:
Our client, an international law firm based in Chicago, is actively seeking an employee benefits/executive compensation lawyer to join its Chicago office as an associate. This practice group represents an impressive roster of public and private company clients, including their boards and compensation committees, management teams, and individual executives.

Responsibilities:
· Advise clients on all aspects of employee benefits and executive compensation/409A matters
· Draft employment agreements, equity award agreements and non-qualified compensation plans
· Handle qualified benefits and employee stock ownership plan (ESOP) transactions
Required Qualifications:
· 2-4 years of and executive compensation and qualified benefits experience
· ESOP transactional and/or compliance experience preferred
· Strong academic credentials

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $230,000 – $290,000.
