About the Position:
Our client, a global Am Law 100 firm, is seeking a lawyer with strong brief writing experience in the areas of employment and class action litigation to join its Chicago office as a senior associate or counsel. This is a unique full-time role which will collaborate with the firm’s class action merits teams.

Responsibilities:
· Formulate and execute effective briefing strategy
· Prepare briefs and motions, including complex dispositive motions, oppositions to collective and class treatment, decertification motions, motions for summary judgment, motions to compel arbitration, appeals, and mediation statements
Required Qualifications:
· 7 or more years of significant legal research and brief writing experience, relating to class action and employment matters
· Big law experience preferred

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position starts at $190,000.
