About the Position:
Our client, a national Am Law Firm, has an active need for an employment lawyer to join its Chicago office as an associate. Responsibilities:
· Counsel clients on a broad array of employment issues
· Represent employers in class or collective actions involving discrimination, wage and hour, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination
· Draft, review, and update employment agreements, separation agreements, and employee handbooks

Required Qualifications:
· 2+ years of employment law counseling and litigation experience
· Experience with and/or desire to focus on management-side matters
· Wage and hour collective and class actions experience is a plus
· Strong academic credentials

Location:
Chicago, IL (Hybrid)

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $225,000 – $255,000.
