Responsibilities:
· Advise clients regarding federal, state, and local laws prohibiting discrimination in the workplace
· Assist clients with improved employment practices and procedures, including drafting employee handbooks and related documents
· Defend clients in front of administrative agencies and federal and state courts
Required Qualifications:
· 5 or more years of employment law experience at a law firm
· Strong academic credentials

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $170,000+.
