Our client, a leading international law firm, has an active need for an employment litigator to join as an associate in Chicago. Responsibilities:
· Advise and defend employers in complex disputes involving wage and hour, discrimination, retaliation, and restrictive covenant issues
· Counsel employers on employment-related policies
· Handle trade secret matters, whistleblower complaints, and breach of contract claims

Required Qualifications:
· 4-7 years of employment counseling and litigation experience
· Experience with wage-and-hour and class and collective action matters preferred
· Strong academic credentials and writing skills

Chicago, IL (Hybrid)

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $320,000 – $440,000.
