This practice group represents large public companies, investment funds, nonprofits, and boards of directors with employment counseling, investigations, and litigation matters.

Responsibilities:
· Represent clients on employment litigation and counseling matters
· Advise clients on employment aspects of M&A transactions

Required Qualifications:
· 2-3 years of employment litigation and counseling experience
· Experience advising clients on executive employment and separation agreements and employment aspects of M&A transactions
· Excellent academic credentials

Compensation:
The anticipated salary range for this position is $235,000 – $260,000.
