Our client, a prestigious Am Law firm, has an active need for an executive compensation and employee benefits lawyer (3-5 yrs) to join its Chicago office as an associate. Responsibilities:
· Handle sophisticated executive compensation and employee benefits matters, including advising on EC/EB issues involving M&A transactions
· Draft and design executive employment, nonqualified deferred compensation, and equity compensation plans and agreements
Required Qualifications:
· 3-5 years of executive compensation and employee benefits law experience
· Strong academic credentials

Compensation:
The anticipated base compensation for this position is $210,000 – $435,000.
