Our client, a prestigious Am Law firm, has an active need for an executive compensation and employee benefits lawyer (2-6 yrs) to join its Chicago office as an associate. Responsibilities:
· Handle sophisticated compensation and benefits matters, including those related to large change in control transactions (i.e. public and private equity transactions, bankruptcies, asset sales, IPOs and financings)
Required Qualifications:
· 2-6 years of executive compensation and employee benefits law experience
· Experience with representation of public companies involving the disclosure of executive compensation is preferred

Compensation:
The anticipated base compensation for this position is $235,000 – $390,000.
