About the Position:
Our client, one of the largest and most recognized global law firms, is seeking an attorney with 2-5 years of executive compensation and employee benefits experience to join its Chicago office as an associate. This highly-regarded practice partners with publicly traded and privately held clients and advises them in advisory, transactional and litigation matters related to compensation and other incentive programs around the world.

Responsibilities:
· Advise private and public companies on executive compensation, employee benefits and other incentive and compensation arrangements
· Advise clients on legal, regulatory, and tax matters associated with compensation arrangements in cross-border M&As, spin-offs, divestitures, IPOs and redomiciles
· Draft correspondence, memoranda, legal opinions, and other client-related documents
Required Qualifications:
· 2-5 years of experience with employee benefits and executive compensation in connection with M&As, spin-offs, divestitures, IPOs, and redomiciles
· Top academic credentials
· Large law firm experience is a plus
· Significant experience with global tax or corporate law matters may be considered

Compensation:
The anticipated salary range for this position is $235,000 – $365,000.
