The firm advises private equity sponsors, portfolio companies, and other businesses on equity incentives, compensation arrangements, employee benefits, and related employment matters in M&A, financings, and ongoing corporate operations.

Responsibilities:
· Assist with executive compensation and employee benefits matters in M&A, financings, and other corporate transactions
· Draft and review employment, separation, and equity award agreements under senior attorney supervision
· Support the design and implementation of equity incentives, bonus plans, and deferred compensation arrangements
· Conduct compensation and benefits due diligence, research related legal issues, and coordinate with corporate, tax, and employment teams
Required Qualifications:
· 2-4 yrs of executive compensation and benefits experience
· Strong academic credentials
· Solid written and verbal communication skills

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $245,000 – $320,000.
