Our client, a boutique Chicago business law firm with a global client base, is actively seeking an experienced bankruptcy lawyer to join its premier practice as a senior associate or partner (depending on level of experience). This well-regarded practice group handles litigation, real estate and transactional matters that involve financially distressed matters, and target candidates will have substantial experience (7+ years) with bankruptcy and insolvency matters, including Chapter 7 and Chapter 11, as well as representing insurance companies and lenders in restructurings, foreclosures and UCC matters. Required Qualifications:
