About the Position:
Our client, a top global firm, is seeking a finance attorney to join its Chicago office as an associate. As part of this firm’s sophisticated finance practice, you’ll work with a team of 100+ attorneys advising on complex, high‑impact transactions related to financing and lending.

Responsibilities:
· Represent banks and other financial institutions in transactions involving acquisitions, financing, and lending
· Handle complex corporate transactions for a variety of major institutions

Required Qualifications:
· 4+ years of significant corporate finance experience
· Large law firm experience preferred
· Admitted to the bar in the State of Illinois

Location:
Chicago, IL (Hybrid)

Compensation:
The anticipated annual base salary is $310,000 – $420,000.
