Our client, an Am Law 200 firm headquartered in Chicago, is actively seeking a commercial finance associate to join its nationally recognized practice. This middle-market focused group represents clients ranging from emerging enterprises to private equity–based businesses and multinational organizations.

· Advise buyers and sellers of businesses, private equity funds, underwriters, lenders, and investment bankers
· Manage sophisticated commercial finance transactions
· Draft loan documents

Required Qualifications:
· 2 or more years of commercial finance experience including drafting loan documents and managing loan transactions
· Large law firm experience
· Excellent academic credentials
