About the Position:
Our client, a top-tier Am Law firm, is seeking a finance attorney to join as a senior-level associate in its Chicago office. This group represents clients such as lenders, borrowers, and private equity sponsors in a variety of sophisticated lending transactions. Target candidates will have 6 to 8 years of debt finance transactions experience (secured lending, leveraged finance, cash flow and asset-based loans, acquisition finance, etc.) and the desire for a broad and robust practice at a premier Am Law firm.
Required Qualifications:
· 6 to 8 years of lending experience
