About the Position:
Our client, an entrepreneurial Midwest-based law firm, is actively seeking a corporate finance lawyer with strong lending experience to join its Chicago office as an associate. This highly regarded practice handles a range of sophisticated transactions, including commercial, leveraged and asset-based lending, syndicated loans and club deals, and restructurings, workouts, and commercial foreclosures.

Responsibilities:
· Represent lenders across a range of industries with acquisition financings, recapitalizations, and restructurings

Required Qualifications:
· 4-6 years of corporate finance law experience, including significant lending experience
· Familiarity with general corporate matters, including M&A, contracts, entity formation/capitalization, and corporate governance is a plus

Location:
Chicago, IL (Hybrid)

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $190,000 – $212,000.
