About the Position:
We are working with a top global law firm that has an active need for a finance attorney to join its practice in Chicago as an associate. As part of this firm’s sophisticated finance practice, you’ll work with a team of 100+ attorneys advising on complex, high‑impact transactions (from leveraged and asset‑based lending to structured finance, fund finance, derivatives, and project finance) helping clients navigate risk and seize opportunities across global markets.

Responsibilities:
· Represent borrowers and lenders in a variety of complex financing transactions, as well as fund finance administration
· Represent banks and other financial institutions in transactions involving commercial lending, corporate finance, and corporate lending such as sponsor finance and structured finance transactions
· Represent clients in connection with structured finance and asset-backed securitizations, including CLOs

Required Qualifications:
· 3 or more years of significant finance experience, including representing bank and non-bank financial institutions in syndicated and club transactions, including private credit sponsor acquisition financings
· Structured finance, CLO, and fund finance experience is a plus
· Deal experience at a large law firm with a focus on cash flow lending and other sophisticated finance transactions preferred

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $260,000+.
