About the Position:
Our client, an international law firm headquartered in Chicago, is seeking an attorney with experience in the finance and technology transactions space to work with firm leadership and attorneys in a knowledge management role. Responsibilities for this unique position will include curating internal and external content, optimizing the document management system, evaluating implementation of particular technologies, keeping abreast of AI developments, and providing ongoing training on knowledge management tools. Target candidates will have 5 or more years of experience in the finance and transactions practice areas, preferably in a law firm setting, and should be proficient in iManage software.
