About the Position:
We are working with a Midwest-based international law firm that has an immediate need for a corporate finance attorney (7+ yrs) to join its Chicago office as a Counsel. This practice represents clients in a range of range of financial matters, including complex financial transactions, corporate debt restructurings, and litigation matters.

Responsibilities:
· Represent financial institutions and corporate trust clients on a variety of corporate trust transactions, including structured finance (RMBS, CMBS, ABS), municipal debt, and corporate debt issuances and transactions
· Review, negotiate, and draft a variety of transactional agreements
Required Qualifications:
· 7 or more years of experience in corporate finance and/or working with financial institutions and borrowers in commercial transactions
· Experience drafting and negotiating a range of agreements relating to loans, account control, servicing, disbursement, master services, non-disclosures, SaaS, software licenses, and third-party vendors
· Top academic credentials and excellent writing skills

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $250,000 – $420,000.
