About the Job:
Our client, a boutique law firm based in Chicago with a national reach, has an active need for a litigator (financial services litigation preferred) to join its practice as an associate. This sophisticated practice focuses on defending banks, debt servicers, mortgage lenders, and other creditors in financial services litigation matters across the country, and this is a terrific opportunity to gain significant experience!

Responsibilities:
· Represent clients including, banks, mortgage lenders, and debt servicers in individual and class action financial services litigation matters
· Assist with taking depositions
· Draft pleadings, discovery, and motions

Required Qualifications:
· 5-10 years of litigation experience
· Exposure to financial services litigation is a strong plus
· Strong academic credentials and excellent writing skills
· Some travel may be required for depositions, hearings, etc.

Location:
Remote; Must be located/barred in one of the following states: FL, MI, OH, PA, TX

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $170,000 – $210,000.
