Responsibilities:
· Advise major US and multinational employers on a wide spectrum of domestic and cross-border employment matters, including wage and hour compliance, employee classification, restrictive covenants, terminations, and leaves of absence
· Provide due diligence on employment matters in various cross-border transactions

Required Qualifications:
· 1-2 years of employment counseling experience
· Experience with international employment law
· Strong academic credentials and writing skills
· Large law firm experience

Location:
Chicago, IL (Hybrid)

Compensation:
The anticipated salary range for this position is $225,000 – $235,000.
