Responsibilities:
· Advise clients on a range of healthcare matters, including transaction structuring, compliance, regulatory filings, and Stark Law, Federal Anti-Kickback Statute, and HIPAA statutes
· Handle day-to-day regulatory considerations that affect healthcare and life sciences companies and their related sponsors and vendors

Required Qualifications:
· 3-6 years of healthcare regulatory/transactional experience
· Excellent academic credentials

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $260,000 – $390,000.
