Our client, a top international law firm, seeks an associate with healthcare law experience for its Chicago office. The practice advises a wide spectrum of life sciences clients on regulatory matters and provides comprehensive legal assistance in all aspects of healthcare law. The role focuses on providing comprehensive healthcare law services with an interdisciplinary and collaborative approach.

Responsibilities:
· Counsel clients on regulatory, compliance, transactional, and legislative issues.
· Interface with a wide variety of life sciences clients, including multinational corporations, start-ups, food and drug manufacturers, and research institutions
· Collaborate with members of the intellectual property, litigation, and transactional departments

Required Qualifications:
· 3+ years of experience in healthcare law, including representing systems or providers
· Strong research and writing skills
· Excellent academic credentials
· Admitted in Illinois or the ability to pursue admission to the Illinois State Bar

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $260,000 – $365,000.
