About the Position:
Our client, an international Am Law firm, is seeking a healthcare litigator to join as a senior-level associate in its Chicago office. This highly-regarded practice represents healthcare providers and pharmaceutical and medical device companies in a range of litigation services, including fraud and abuse, reimbursement and managed care, antitrust, business reorganizations, IP, sales and distribution issues, product liability, and commercial and contract matters.

Responsibilities:
· Represent managed care organizations, health insurers, employers, and health care providers in arbitration, mediation and administrative proceedings
· Correspond with provider clients regarding revenue cycle management
· Take and defend depositions
· Write complex briefs

Required Qualifications:
· 5-6 years of healthcare litigation experience
· Experience with provider reimbursement matters and managed care agreements
· Understanding of provider coding and billing principles
· Excellent academic credentials

Location:
Chicago, IL (Hybrid)

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $310,000 – $350,000.
