Responsibilities:
· Represent managed care organizations, health insurers, employers, and health care providers in federal, state, and arbitral forums
· Provide counsel to managed care organizations
· Taking and defend depositions
· Write complex briefs
Required Qualifications:
· 3-6 years of healthcare related litigation experience
· Experience with managed care matters preferred
· Excellent academic credentials

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $250,000 – $345,000.
