Our client, a top international law firm with Chicago roots, is actively seeking an experienced healthcare lawyer with an established practice as a Partner. This practice represents clients across the entire health care, life sciences and pharmaceutical ecosystems and guides them through the complex regulations addressing fraud and abuse, provider reimbursement, anti-kickback, licensing, certification, health information privacy and security and HIPAA. Target candidates will have significant health care transactional and/or regulatory experience, as well as a self-sustaining book of portable business.
