About the Position:
Our client, an Am Law 100 firm, is seeking a healthcare attorney focusing on regulatory and litigation matters to join its Downtown Los Angeles office as an associate. The firm advises healthcare clients in navigating legal and operational challenges, including technology, compliance, tax, and M&A matters.

Responsibilities:
· Represent healthcare providers, health systems, and industry participants in litigation, commercial disputes, and regulatory compliance controversies
· Handle medical staff and peer review matters, as well as licensing and board actions
· Defend clients in administrative enforcement proceedings and fraud and abuse investigations

Required Qualifications:
· 3-5 years of litigation experience; demonstrated interest in healthcare law, regulatory enforcement, and complex disputes
· Excellent research, writing, advocacy, and case management abilities
· Strong academic record

Location:
Los Angeles – Downtown, CA (Hybrid)

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $225,000 – $315,000.
