The premier healthcare group at this firm is Chambers-ranked and regularly acts on high-value transactions and regulatory compliance matters for nationwide networks, healthcare systems, and hospitals across a range of areas, including antitrust, corporate ventures and long-term care. Ideal candidates will have substantial healthcare transactional or regulatory experience and $1MM or more in business. Required Qualifications:
