About the Position:
Our client, an Am Law 100 firm, is seeking a transactional healthcare attorney to join its Downtown Los Angeles office as an associate. The firm advises healthcare clients in navigating legal and operational challenges, including technology, compliance, tax, and M&A matters.

Responsibilities:
· Draft and negotiate healthcare contracts, and support transactional matters for healthcare providers, health systems, and other industry clients
· Conduct healthcare compliance and regulatory analysis, including support on fraud and abuse matters
· Collaborate across practice groups and industry teams on digital health, compliance, and healthcare transactions

Required Qualifications:
· 3-5 years of healthcare transactional and regulatory experience
· Background advising clients on regulatory and operational matters, with strong drafting, analytical, and counseling skills
· Strong academic credentials

Location:
Los Angeles – Downtown, CA (Hybrid)

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $225,000 – $315,000.
