Responsibilities:
· Advise healthcare-related joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, and asset and equity acquisition transactions
· Assist clients with corporate and organizational workflow, including assisting with formations, capital raises, operational strategy, contract negotiations and other day-to-day corporate matters

Required Qualifications:
· 4 to 6 years of healthcare transactional experience
· Excellent academic credentials

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $260,000 – $420,000.
