About the Position:
We are working with a well-respected national law firm that has an immediate need for a higher education lawyer to join its multidisciplinary practice as an associate in Chicago. This practice regularly represents educational institutions, third-party servicers, and financial investors in corporate, litigation, and regulatory matters throughout the country. Required Qualifications:
· 3 or more years of higher education law experience
· Experience with higher education transactional matters is a plus
· Strong academic credentials and writing skills
