About the Position:
Our client, a Chicago-based private market investment firm which focuses on multi-asset class investing, is seeking a junior-level transactional attorney to join its growing office. Responsibilities will include NDAs and other commercial agreements, entity formations, operating agreements, franchise tax filings, investor relations questions, compliance related to employee trading activity, and review of marketing material. Ideally, candidates will have two or more years of general corporate experience. Finance experience is a big plus, but not required. Huge potential for long term learning and growth. Fantastic opportunity for a junior lawyer to transition in-house in a collaborative, high energy team with an entrepreneurial Chicago company!
Required Qualifications:
• 2+ years of corporate transactional experience
• Finance experience is a strong plus
