About the Position:
We are working with a dynamic Am Law 100 firm that has an active need for an insurance coverage attorney to join its robust team as a mid-level associate in Chicago. This firm is internationally recognized as a leader in insurance coverage and claims, and this practice represents insurance clients in matters involving errors and omissions, directors and officers coverage, mass tort and environmental coverage, employment practices liability, fiduciary liability, construction defect, and bad faith.

Responsibilities:
· Counsel clients on insurance coverage matters
· Work closely with clients throughout the claims process to resolve issues
· Provide clients with detailed contractual analysis
· Handle dispositive motions, alternative dispute resolutions and trial when necessary

Required Qualifications:
· 3-5 years of substantial insurance coverage experience
· Litigation experience required
· Knowledge of contractual indemnity requirements and competing insurance clauses
· Excellent academic credentials

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary for this position is $185,000 – $250,000.
