About the Position:
Our client, national midsize law firm, is seeking a senior-level insurance coverage attorney to join its Orange County office as a Senior Counsel. The firm litigates matters in all fifty states, and is known for its litigation work in the insurance industry.

Responsibilities:
· Manage all stages of insurance coverage analysis and civil litigation in both state and federal courts, from initial case assessment through resolution
· Serve as a key point of contact for clients and opposing counsel, providing strategic legal advice to insurance company clients throughout the litigation process
· Participate in mediations and represent clients at court hearings and oral arguments, both in-person and remotely
· Collaborate closely with partners, associates, paralegals, and law clerks as part of a team-based approach to complex coverage matters

Required Qualifications:
· 10+ years of insurance coverage litigation experience
· Strong legal research, analytical, and writing skills
· Excellent communication skills

Orange County, CA (Hybrid)

Compensation:
The anticipated base compensation for this position is $185,000 – $195,000.
