About the Position:
Our client, a top international law firm, has an active need for an insurance litigation attorney to join its Century City or Downtown Los Angeles office as an associate. The firm is known for its work in the insurance space, defending carriers in bad faith lawsuits, coverage disputes, and class actions.

Responsibilities:
· Represent major national insurers in complex, high-stakes litigation matters in California and across the country
· Defend against class actions and handle insurance bad faith cases involving substantial financial exposure
· Work on matters involving novel coverage questions and extracontractual claims
· Advise insurer clients on institutional practices and emerging risk issues

Required Qualifications:
· 2-5 years of insurance litigation experience, including insurance coverage, bad faith, and/or class action work
· Strong academic background with excellent written and oral communication skills
· Federal district or appellate clerkship experience is a plus

Location:
Los Angeles – Century City or Downtown, CA

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $225,000 – $310,000.
