Our client, a thriving Am Law 50 firm with an international footprint, has an active need for an insurance recovery lawyer to join its stellar practice in Chicago as a mid-level associate. This policyholder-focused practice has assisted some of the world’s largest companies in resolving complex insurance disputes, with cases ranging from catastrophic property losses and “bet-the-company” products claims to securities litigation and cyber losses. Responsibilities:
· Analyze policies and facts surrounding insurance claims/losses
· Advise clients on claim presentation
· Negotiate, mediate, and litigate disputes in domestic and international lawsuits and arbitrations
Required Qualifications:
· 3-5 years of experience representing policyholders in all aspects of the insurance recovery process

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $235,000 – $365,000.
